Crucial Accountability and provides learners with the opportunity to:

• Identify when situations and conversations become crucial

• Create an environment of safety where others feel comfortable sharing their ideas and opinions openly

• Gain control of their emotions, even during high-stakes dialogue

• Share their own opinions without shutting down contrary views 

Additionally, upon completing Crucial Conversations, participants are eligible to attend , an add-on course designed to build upon the concepts learned in Crucial Conversations. This course focuses on effectively holding others accountable, building teamwork and engagement, improving efficiency and motivating others by starting on the right foot.     These courses and many others are now available for registration in the LMS.
