The Center for Nursing Research, Education, and Practice has recently launched WatchNursing.HoustonMethodist.org, a video library dedicated to our nurses. The videos focus on Nursing Science, Continuing Nursing Education, and Nursing Practice. One of the significant advantages of an internally created video library is to showcase updates and practices adhering to our organization’s policies. Unlike generic content available on the internet, all the video content is developed by our expert nurses and educators and professionally produced by our videographer. These videos spotlight specific clinical situations, hospital protocols and patient interactions that staff will likely encounter. This growing library will be a valuable resource for self-directed learning dedicated to our nursing staff.
