Throughout this year of incredible challenges and change due to COVID-19, we have seen so many incredible nurses step up to take on these challenges. The labor pool was one such opportunity where over a thousand nurses from across the Houston Methodist system received training on transitioning to the bedside. In this video, we will see the perspective of an OR nurse transitioning her practice from an OR setting to an ICU setting through the labor pool.
